I look forward to World Groove Movement all week. It’s such a great way to cap things off and transition into the weekend.
I especially love the way Coach Jaruwan thoughtfully builds each session. The music flows so naturally, from a welcoming start, to energizing movement, and then into a calming, grounding meditation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the song selection. Some of my favorite moments have been the fast footwork in one particular song and the balancing hops.
Coach Jaruwan brings such encouraging, infectious energy while also reminding us that we’re all unique and beautiful. That combination makes us feel free to be ourselves without judgment.
